  1. Can I active or deactive products in a product import?
  2. I have received money via the store, but cannot see any orders?


1.   Can I active or deactive products in a product import?
 
The CSV import will not active or deactivate products unless they are new items.
 
 
  1. Brand Name - BRAND_NAME
  2. Category Names - CATEGORY_NAMES
  3. Internal ID - INTERNAL_PRODUCT_ID
  4. Long Description * - LONG_DESC
  5. Master Price * - MASTER_PRICE
  6. Stock On Hand * - STOCK_ON_HAND
  7. Product ID - PRODUCT_ID
  8. Short Description/Name * - SHORT_DESC
  9. Special Price * - SPECIAL_PRICE
  10. Image Name * - IMAGE_NAME
  11. Only the above fields marked with an * will be updated during the import process
 
Also if you had marked anything as active in the spreadsheet you will need to update this also in the store module
  
2.   I have received money via the store, but cannot see any orders?
 

Sites that use Eway, or other real time payment gateways may find that the order will go to Abandoned Orders as the order has not been processed correctly by the system. 

Orders may be abandoned in situations such as when the user has paid at the eWAY payment gateway and not clicked the continue button to return to your StoreTiger site. 
These orders can be discovered by looking at your eWAY transaction record, they will not be present in your order managment area. 
Not all orders returned by this search have failed, you must use your own judgement deciding if an order has been paid for or not.

Click "Process Now" to send the order to Order Management and then you can check off the payment and follow your usual process for dispatch.
